Students and parents should be concerned about teenagers getting enough sleep each night. About 70% of teenagers are not getting enough sleep each night, according to the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommended allowance of 8 hours per night. The National Sleep Foundation recommends 9 1/4 hours sleep per night for teenagers.
